Each floor sits one and a half degrees round from the one below. From the podium to the crown the tower turns forty-two degrees, and every living room ends up facing the water.

Face

The lower floors look along the Corniche; by level fifteen the view has swung west over open water. No residence looks into another.

Light

At dusk the facade lights come on from the podium to the crown, a floor every few seconds, until the tower reads as one line of light on the skyline.
